    heres my diet but not losing any weight....

    alright heres my current diet..been at it for about 3 weeks now but havent really lost anything...i know its not the greatest but its all i can do since im in college and its hard to go out and spend the money to get the proper stuff

    breakfast
    oatmeal and protein shake
    multi vitamen
    meal 2
    protein shake

    meal 3
    turkey burgers w/ bun and fat free cheese

    meal 4
    protein shake

    meal 5
    either ground beef on a wheat tortilla or steak and veggies

    meal 6
    protein shake

    i do jiu jitsu 3 nights a week and kickboxin on one of the nights i do bjj and then on another night...i work out 3 times a week
    chest,tris, forearms
    shoulders,quads
    back,hammys, and biceps
    i try to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach on the days i dont do bjj...
    after all that ive been stuck at around 210-220...my goal weight is 185 but ive been struggling to lose the weight..any suggestions
    my protein intake is like 250-300g each day, carbs are about 100-130g and fat is only around 30g..

    If those numbers are correct then you are only taking in 1850 calories or so. That is not a lot at all. Just to give you an example I am 185 and dieting on 2800 calories. Now it took a while for me to get this high and still lose fat, but I think you should start out at 2600 cals at least and only drop 100 cals every few weeks. It is a SLOW process, but you will feel much less like you are on a diet doing things this way. If you want anymore info PM me or shoot me an email. bigsd67@hotmail.com

    You've probably killed your metabolism with that low of a calorie intake especially considering a 1/3 of your calories are from protein shakes..

    You have no good fats in your diet, no vegetables and your carb source is all flour.. not ideal for cutting.

    I'd deff redo that diet if you want to see results. Learn to precook and pack meals.

    yea i was just really trying not to eat alot of sugar thats why i cut out some fruit..ive never actually been like this its just over the summer i gained alot of weight and im really freakin out about how i look because in my eyes its the worst ive ever looked..thats why im almost starving myself now..and at school i dont have a break in between classes to go heat up my meals anymore so im not sure what i should eat in between classes that doesnt require any prep time

    I didn't mention fruits, I said Vegetables.. huge difference.

    ok i usually do eat veggies for dinner but what abot during the day..when can i eat veggies during school??just eat like carrots or something??

    Veggies with your meals like your burger.. Low GI ones (Broccoli, Spinach)

    Too many shakes in there. Replace them with meat and cottage cheese.
