I'm just recovering from two body injuries that put me out of the weight room for over a year. As I'm slowly, and I do mean slowly easing myself into a new workout regimine, I'd like to get myself back into shape. I've put on about 15 lbs. over the past year, and I'd like to know how to cut that, while maximixing muscle gain. I've never had to do this growing up (I'm 26) and have always had a really good fitness level and body weight.

Body Type Endomorph/Ectomorph
What I need to know is how many cals, grams of protein and carbs I need to intake daily to hit my target weight...and I'm not even sure what that should be. If there's a website that can give me all this info, please let me know, otherwise, a few tips from some of the more knowledgable members on this site would be greatly welcome.
