cutting diet
breakfast
4 eggs whites 1 whole
1/2 cup old fash oats
1 tbsp natty pb
1 cup grapes
600mg ala
Pre
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
1 cup low sugar OJ
2 tbsp ground flax seed
2 scoops No Xplode
600mg ala
PWO
1 scoop protein powder
1 banana
2 tbsp flax
1/2 cup oats
600mg ala
Meal 4
.8 lb chicken breast
8-12oz sweet potatoe
1 tbsp smart balance light butter
1tsp metamucil
600mg ala
Meal 5
.8 lb chicken breast
2 cups lettuce
2oz carots
2oz celery
1 tbsp olive oil
1tsp metamucil
600mg ala
totals about 2500cal, 270g protein, 260g carbs, 53g fat.

I think (not sure) but you should not have two meat meals back to back and you should not eat two of the same meats in one day. I guess you can but I was told it is better that if you eat chicken for lets say meal 4 then on meal 6 eat Ham or any other lean meat. I'm new so please don't take my word as gold. Just telling you what little I know or think I know.

well i have cutting for about 2 weeks havnet lost much, seperating macros..maybe i should try some fat/carb meals see how that pans out
