    cutting diet

    breakfast
    4 eggs whites 1 whole
    1/2 cup old fash oats
    1 tbsp natty pb
    1 cup grapes
    600mg ala

    Pre
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 banana
    1 cup low sugar OJ
    2 tbsp ground flax seed
    2 scoops No Xplode
    600mg ala

    PWO
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 banana
    2 tbsp flax
    1/2 cup oats
    600mg ala

    Meal 4
    .8 lb chicken breast
    8-12oz sweet potatoe
    1 tbsp smart balance light butter
    1tsp metamucil
    600mg ala

    Meal 5
    .8 lb chicken breast
    2 cups lettuce
    2oz carots
    2oz celery
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1tsp metamucil
    600mg ala


    totals about 2500cal, 270g protein, 260g carbs, 53g fat.

    I think (not sure) but you should not have two meat meals back to back and you should not eat two of the same meats in one day. I guess you can but I was told it is better that if you eat chicken for lets say meal 4 then on meal 6 eat Ham or any other lean meat. I'm new so please don't take my word as gold. Just telling you what little I know or think I know.

    Good, I would probly drop the natty Pb though.

    Ditch the OJ, get carbs from oats and banana.

    Good.

    totals about 2500cal, 270g protein, 260g carbs, 53g fat.
    Overall, diet looks 'on track' but lower the carbs as you see fit, when you begin stalling out. Add more veggies to more of your meals. Also, it would have helped if you had macros for each meal. Good luck.

    Don't worry, I don't understand anything you said nor did it make sense.

    I thought mixing macros was bad while cutting, for example the flax and oats together......? ? ?

    not from what I** has been telling me...try it and if you dont see enough fat loss gains seperate your fats and carbs.

    well i have cutting for about 2 weeks havnet lost much, seperating macros..maybe i should try some fat/carb meals see how that pans out
