hey again, I am cutting and my schedule is different on Weds, I have to get up first thing, do my cardio then train right after, then go to work. Since I have to lift after my cardio, I would assume it would be wise to eat a pro/carb meal beforehand correct? I understand cardio first thing on empty stomach is the best, but I have to work legs afterwards on Weds. So pro/carb when I wake up, then do my cardio and legs.....right?
now, what about the rest of my meals? Pro/carb meal one, TRAIN, PWO nutrition, PPWO carbs, then the rest of the day after 1:30pm dont eat any carbs? I would guess while cutting you would want all of your carbs early in the day if thats how the schedule works out. I aim for 150 carbs a day, and after my PPWO meal there would be no more room for carbs in my diet for that day. What do you guys think?
