what to eat while sick and bulking?

I have a sick stomach, can not put anything down hardly without bad pain, ate some bad el pollo loco, but anyway does anyone have any suggestion of what to eat to help minimize the results of not eating on my diet, I am guessing there is nothing but thought I would ask.

I would def make sure I was getting a mulitvitamin in. Hopefully you can at least hold that down.

i can get stuff down it is just not worth it with my diet and eating 8 meals, I can maybe eat 3 small ones, got the multi down, thanks

If you can get down three meals, I would probably include all 3 macros in each meal. Obviously low gi carbs and healthy fats. But if you can only feed the diesel that few times a day, I would def include everything. You should be fine for a few days.

How about shakes? Can you suck a few shakes through a straw just to get the nutrients?
