    counting calories and veggies

    I know they dont really have impact on body fat or whatever. who still plugs them in and counts them. If I dont count them I would have 16 carbs less. That would make it 200 carbs. Im trying to cut, but then my protein intake would go down and calories. What has some protein, but no carbs or whatever besides protein shake.



    Totals 2469 calories 58g fat 216g carbs 288g protein

    Depends which veggies your eating.
    I don't count veggies like broccoli, green beans, salad
    I would count corn etc.

    Ya im not eating corn or carrots, basically broccoli and salad.

    What about like tomatoes? do you count them? and how about sugarless chewing gum (i chew like 4 packs a day) and mustard?

    Sugarless chewing gum...

    Trident (recaldent) - 5 cals/2g carbs per 2 piece serving.

    So if you are eating 50 pieces a day - it'd be worth counting, I guess.
