I know they dont really have impact on body fat or whatever. who still plugs them in and counts them. If I dont count them I would have 16 carbs less. That would make it 200 carbs. Im trying to cut, but then my protein intake would go down and calories. What has some protein, but no carbs or whatever besides protein shake.
