Calorieking.com
you gotte pay for it bro?
Nope
word, thanx
i always go by the container. just adding that in case you forgot, some guys forget its on there. however egg whites and things like that are tricky.
not sure what you saying bro. Do u mean like the nutritional facts? Becuase stuff like the ground beef i buy and the 99% fat free chicken dont have it on them.
yeah thats what i meant. and yeah i know some foods won't include them, i was just speaking generally. a lot of people ask for facts when they could merely look at the container. calorieking works well, along with fitday.
fitday.com its freee
oo aihgt gotcha ya, im in the process of getting all the info now, pain in the ass.
nutritiondata.com is also free and the most extensive resource out there. it list vitamins, minerals, types of sugars, types of amino acids, etc. it is awesome
i vote for nutritiondata.com, most info you'll find about foods.
