    Bulking diet please critique

    age-21
    bf-11
    goals=bulking
    workout 5 days
    cardio =if i am puttin too much fat on

    this is my first bulking diet i did a very effectice cutting diet in the summer based on the cutting sticky, i have been pretty much on a mainting diet for the past month. I can not eat any seafood even tuna

    CAL / PROTEIN / CARBS / FAT

    Meal one: 2. scoops whey 1 cup oatbmeal (I have a really hard time eating in the morning so i drink the shake even though it is in my next meal also for PWO

    369 / 53.4 / 28.5 / 3.6

    WORKOUT

    Meal Two:2.5 scoops whey, 80g dextrose

    600/ 60 / 82.5 / 7.5

    Meal Three: 8 oz chick breast 99% fat free , one cup of brown rice

    456/ 53 / 49 / 1.8

    Meal four: 8 oz of turkey, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise

    440 / 38 / 9 / 15

    Meal five: 10 egg whites, 1.5 slices of chees, some type of vegtable

    225/42.2/5.8/13.4

    Meal six- 8 oz 99% fat free of chicken, 2 tbsp of flax

    400 / 48 / 0 / 28

    Meal seven:8 oz 95% Lean beef, 2 tbsp of peanut butter

    420 / 56 / 6 / 16

    TOTAL

    3010 calories/ 342 protein/ 180.8 carbs/ 85.3 fat

    please tell me what you guys think I am open to all suggestion. Keep in mind that a little over a year ago i was about 20% body fat so i can not do an all out bulk due to genetics. I was thinking that the calories were a little bit low , protein seems alright , carbs are on the low side, and fat is alittle on the high side. But i want you guys to tell me what u think

    its really only a little above 2853 cals if my math is correct. i think your meal 2 macros are off. its only about 580 cals. im just tryin to help. sorry if i seem like an a-hole

    im going off of
    1 pro=4cals
    1 carb=4 cals
    1 fat=9cals

    ur right it is off its really 600. 120 each scoop, so 2.5= 300 and 30 gram of dextrose = 300. Na bro u dont sound like an a-hole i appreciate the help.

    I am probally going to have to add another meal. anybody have any suggestions? pro/fat or pro/carb?
