this is my first bulking diet i did a very effectice cutting diet in the summer based on the cutting sticky, i have been pretty much on a mainting diet for the past month. I can not eat any seafood even tuna

please tell me what you guys think I am open to all suggestion. Keep in mind that a little over a year ago i was about 20% body fat so i can not do an all out bulk due to genetics. I was thinking that the calories were a little bit low , protein seems alright , carbs are on the low side, and fat is alittle on the high side. But i want you guys to tell me what u think
