    Fat per meal, please explain.

I have been on diets over the past year in which I get about 15-20 grams of fat per meal with protein. I have always felt decent. The past 5 days I thought I would try a CKD type diet and changed my fat to 35-42 grams of fat per meal with about 25-30 protein. I felt a ton better. Today I went back to my 50 grams of protein and 20 grams of fat per meal and feel like carp. What is the deal? Are some people better suited to high fat diets?

I have tried CKD before with decent results but my calories were too low and cardio too high and really damaged my results.

I have done a cautting diet like this before

    1.p/f
    2p/f
    3.p/f
    4.p/f
    WORKOUT
    5. p/c
    6.p/c

The fat meals were only about 20 grams of fat. What wold happen if I raised the fat to 40 grams a meal and keep everything else the same to bulk. I know combining fats and carbs is a no no but what about fat grams and carb grams in the same day just split apart?

I am talking like 3oo grams of fat a day, 300 protein and aabout 300 carbs ONLY in 2 seperate PWO meals. Will this cuse any extra fat storage? How long does dietary fat stay in your body and effect a carb meal?

it depends, saturated fats can circulate within the blood stream for up to 9 hours.

Also, did you really say 300g of fat?

Kind of like a CKD with carbs after a workout before bed. At 40 grams of fat per meal it comes to 200, not 300. That is 5 P/F meals and 2 P/C ,meals after a workout. I would only have saturated fats in the first 2 meals of the day and have Poly and Mono fat the other 3 meals leading up to a workout.
