Diet Spreadsheet: Release v1.0
Alright guys, here's the spreadsheet so far. It doesn't have a bunch of recipes in it, but I'll update it as I go. The reason I'm putting it out here unfinished, is it will allow you guys to track your results, compile a solid diet and give macros so that we can critique your diet more easily. It comes with a body fat analyzer (mainly for guys, women's body fat is a lot tougher to get an estimate...I'll work on a womans anlysis for the next version) and also gives you the HB forumla so you can create a diet based off of it. In the progress section it'll allow you to see your progress in regards to body fat and overall weight.
Included so far:
Chicken Recipes: 17
Beef Recipes: 7
Turkey Recipes: 9
Tuna Recipes: 0
Salmon Recipes: 0
Egg Recipes: 0
Shrimp Recipes: 0
Whey Recipes: 0
Carb Sides: 7
Boring Food Macros: 13
Check back for updates, and here is the link: Excel Diet Worksheet v1.0Last edited by GUnit33; 10-18-2006 at 01:31 PM.

Very, very cool!! One quick question - do we put calories or grams in the slots for Pro/Carbs/Fats?

To each his own....the HB formula gives you an idea of where to start, and you adjust your calories in accordance.

I only have an Excel spreadsheet viewer. Can I do anything with this spreadsheet or do I need the actual program itself?

Glad that you're getting something out of it. If you need something to try, I'd suggest the mini meatloaves...they're f'n bad ass. Or the ranch burgers...the ranch packets are the perfect seasoning...totally fulfills any cravings I have for the stuff...I used to use ranch for everything...thank god I don't do that shit anymore haha

I filled this out last week this is the best thing ever. I am 260 6'3" it says I have 29% BF which sounds right. I am wanting to lose alot of that BF trying to lost atleast half by this time next year if not quicker. BTW the Asian BBQ Steak is awesome

You aren't using it correctly. You filled out the formula, but than you're cutting diet needs to fit the macros...try again, and you'll get it.
11-01-2006, 07:31 AM #35bump cause i liked this
11-01-2006, 08:10 AM #36Great program. Bump for the tuna recipies.
11-01-2006, 04:26 PM #37I was wondering in the potatoe & tomato recipe (carb side) how do you prepare the potatoes? Are they whole or cubed.
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I usually just eat mashed yams and I'd love to expand my recipe book!!!
BUMP for the gr8 job on the spreadsheet
My offer still stands. If you'd like to merge my worksheet in with yours I'd be happy to do so, or of course you can steal anything from it you want as yours is much more comphensive.
