5K and 10K calories is a BIG difference LMAO.. Was this taken in consistantly EACH and Every day? 5K calories on Monday and 2000 on tues equals around 3500 for each day and so forth. Also quality of food is imperative.
Meal 1 9am Approx 600 calories.
12 egg whites 3 yolks, 2 slices of whole grain, 2 applesauce cups
Meal 2 Approx 600 calories, whats the deal with applesauce? Wasted calories
Large Chicken Breast, 2 cups brown rice, 2 applesauce cups
WORKOUT 12pm
Meal 3 Approx. 700 calories: Too many sugars from fruit, not necessary and does nothing for growth but spike Bloodsugar levels.
Large chicken breast, 2 cups brown rice, 2 bananas, 6 strawberries and ice water.
Meal 4 Approx. 700 calories: So no Protein in this meal, just carbs and fat? Not a good choice.
4 slices whole grain bread, 2 bananas 4-6 tbsp peanut butter 1 can of green beans
Meal 5 Approx 600 calories.
2 Steaks Sweet potato with ICBINB and Brown Sugar
Meal 6 Approx 5-600 calories
3/4 tub cottage cheese and 1 10 oz can chicken 2 applesauce cups
Once I saw I wasnt gaining weight I started adding dirty calories to it, usually a half tub of Ice Cream, 2 whoppers and a shake, 6 double cheeseburgers etc. The clean always stayed the same, the dirty changed from day to day. Now that did absolutely nothing to benefit you.
