I buy it in bulk at the wholesale stores. All white Albacore Tuna packed in water.
I usually mix mine with fresh salsa to add flavor and moisture to it

Just buy the store brand in a can...no matter where you go it's always the cheapest...buy a bunch of pickle relish...I love mixing that with the tuna...also, go to taco bell and snag a bunch of their hot suaces...that works wonders too....

I buy Tesco value tuna in brine. It is 29p per tin. I add cider vinegar when cutting and cider vinegar and light mayo when bulking.

albacore contains 3 times as much mercury as regular canned tuna so for those concerned about that avoid albacore.

If you get mercury poisoning, it's going to be because you're eating it at every meal every day for the next like 2-3 years straight...and let me tell you...after a week of doing that, you'll be throwing tuna up, not eating it..on occasion when I'm short on cash, I'll eat 2-3 cans a day for a week or two, but that's the most I've eaten...don't worry about that. Tuna is a cheap solid protein source....

On a side note, what does the cidar vinegar make the tuna taste like beast? That's an interesting idea...

Well It moistens it and gives it a little flavour. I like vinegar flavour and cider vinegar is high in vits and minerals and is said to aid in fat loss.
