yeah for sure, i typically just buy tuna in the packets anymore i can't stand the cans
I buy it in bulk at the wholesale stores. All white Albacore Tuna packed in water.
I usually mix mine with fresh salsa to add flavor and moisture to it
Just buy the store brand in a can...no matter where you go it's always the cheapest...buy a bunch of pickle relish...I love mixing that with the tuna...also, go to taco bell and snag a bunch of their hot suaces...that works wonders too....
I buy Tesco value tuna in brine. It is 29p per tin. I add cider vinegar when cutting and cider vinegar and light mayo when bulking.
isnt there something thats supposed to be bad with tuna in a can?anyone ever hear of that.anyways its on sale at my store for .59 cents a can so im gonna stock up.
taco bells sauce could make a turd taste better so thats what im gonna start with i think. lolOriginally Posted by GUnit33

albacore contains 3 times as much mercury as regular canned tuna so for those concerned about that avoid albacore.
Ddamnnn I am gonna start to glow....all I eat is Albacore .....oh well, it was fun knowing you guys........
mercury i knew it was something like that.i dont think anybody on here has started a thread about mercury poisening so i should be safe. I hope.Originally Posted by johan

Tuna is a cheap solid protein source....
On a side note, what does the cidar vinegar make the tuna taste like beast? That's an interesting idea...
I use chipolte or regular mustard to mask the tuna taste..
Well It moistens it and gives it a little flavour. I like vinegar flavour and cider vinegar is high in vits and minerals and is said to aid in fat loss.Originally Posted by GUnit33
spicy brown mustard i bet that would be good.Originally Posted by Hackamaniac
