Hmmm... I do recall I**mfkr said he eats a meal 1-1.5 hours before he trains. A full meal ( carb protein based on his size. )

So why not ditch the apple and fat and have your Meal 3 b4 the gym?

I would say add a meal at 2 or change up the portion size to squeeze in one more meal. IMO

Tuna and other slow digesting things isnt smart to consume that close pre workout. It will just make you naseous during heavy lifting.

Just down a shake 20 minutes pre workout. It doesnt have to be anything advanced. Just some whey and a banana.

Thats what i was thinking, but then it would change on my off days which are sat and sun. So 1 scoop of whey and what 1 banana or what about a apple? Thats also means im taking 5 scoops of whey a day and 1 scoop of casein. Also my protein goes back up, im trying to get it down to like 300 lol.
