    What Oatmeal to Buy?

    hey fellows,

I heave read a lot people saying oatmeal is a good source of protein, carb, and fibers. what oatmeal should buy buy to support my diet? how do you prepare bowl of oatmeal? I'm not really a porridge eater but if I will gain more in oatmeal rather than in shakes I will really go for it. Tell me what's ur say?

Any old fashion oats is what I get..
Oatmeall is not a good source for protein though..
    It's a good carb..
U can microwave it with water or milk or you can put it on the stove..

Quaker Old Fashion Oats. Microware with milk when bulking and water while cutting. Good source of carbs, not protein.

oats do have about twice the protein content per unit mass as other cereal grains; compared to a steak it sucks, but to other grains it's strong. I love steel cut oats and think anyone who goes for rolled is a pussy.

So because you have an opinion on one type of food everyone else that doesn't eat it is a pussy?? Way to insult a few thousand people all at once.

1 cup with cinnamon and a 1/2 scoop of protein. I'm bulking so I eat mine with skim milk (uncooked). If you want, you can add splenda to taste, IF YOUR A PUSSY!!!! JK

I get a few minutes here and there in a busy day to check in here to learn what i can and contribute what i can. Like i said, i don't have time for this. that's all i'm going to say in this thread. sorry for the hijack oatmeal guy.

i thought we were talking about oats? thats easy, quaker oats in the tall round tube. I eat them raw with just a little water to moisten them up and add some splenda..so much less to eat because when you cook it its like twice the amount. or I just drink it!

Oats, Splenda, cant believe it’s not butter spray, dash of cinnamon…IT’S THE BOMB!!

Tip: pour hot water in the cup of oats then eat, never put oats in microwave they become mush.

Its really good you have your shit together at a young age, especially diet info! I always lifted weights but didnt start learning about nutrition till about the age 22 or so. Nutrition is the key to success in this sport and you seem to have your stuff together, now its just a matter of putting the time in the gym and your progress should be great.

I don't think that is him in the avvy. his profile says he is 15% bf and that he is around 22. Avvy looks in the single % bf and looks much older than 22...IMO

    Wow, what a temper. j/k

Sorry again bro. Don’t let little things upset you, life is to short and we all make mistakes…

Maybe you should change you’re profile?

Take care bro, good improvements through the years…
