    Grocery List and Diet Foods

    Going on vacation. 16 days in the Caribbean. I have about 5-6 weeks till I leave so I am going balls out on cardio and diet. I am not going to make it doo complicated I am going to eat 6 meals a day or every 3 hrs. Good carbs Good Fats and Good Proteins. Here is my grocery list of what I am going to buy and what my diet will consist of. Don't jump all over me about the snacks I won't be eating things like cheerios often. My cheat is generally going to be a sick pasta dinner on Sunday's compliments of the wife.

    Please add any thoughts or suggestions.
    I am going to do AM cardio twice a week and then other cardio twice a week. Total is 4 sessions.

    • Steak
    • Tuna
    • Fish-Tuna steak, Salmon, Shrimp
    • Turkey-Burgers and Store Baked
    • Egg whites, Eggs

    Carbohydrates
    • Brown Rice
    • Broccoli
    • Raw Spinach
    • Veggies-Asparagus, Romaine Lettuce, Cauliflower, Escarole, Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber
    • Fruit-Apples, Bananas, Berry's, Watermelon

    • Whole Wheat Bread

    Snacks and Fats
    • Peanuts
    • Almonds
    • Rice Cakes
    • Natural Peanut Butter
    • Fat Free Popcorn

    Your food choices are fine, but if you want suggestions then you may want to structure a nutritional plan with those foods, post it with you calorie, pro/carb/fat numbers and then have a few of the boys and girls here critique.

    I never do the cal counting thing its too annoying and I am not competing so in my opninion some good old fashion clean eating is all I need. I just eat good healthy portions. Its hard enough to eat clean 100% I could not imagine you guys who compete what it takes and the dedication. I thought about competing but I doubt I will ever do it

    It can definitely be a tough thing to do, but you really only have to be super crazy the last 4-6 weeks. Also I'm sure there are plenty of competitors out there that don't count calories as much as some others. If you know your body well enough then you can probably get away with not counting.

    Then how are you to know how much your eating??

    I don't know how much I am eating I guess but I am not a hard gainer nor I guess for lack of a better word hard loser. I guess what he says it true I know my body. If I eat well work hard in gym and run I see my body change. I won't even weight myself in the next 5 weeks I will just look in the mirror to see how I am progressing.

    I may add in some clen with this too. I been taking eca but it makes me a weirdo fro some reason. I may alternate clen and eca though anyway. Looks are better then mental health I guess

    Well if your trying to cut, you definitely should be writing down what you eat, in what amounts, what time of day etc.

    I would leave the clen out bro. You don't even have a proper diet.

    I'm pretty educated about what I take, when I take it and how to take it. No rookie here mate. Been in this game for a longggggggggggggg time. Obviously I appreciate all your opinions though

    I do everything by the book but exact measurements and weighed food, in my 15 yrs I never have had to do that nor have I wanted to. If I am going to ever step on a stage then I will

    Good food list all in all and it seems you know how you want to eat. I personally have to write down what i'm eating, but that's just me, whatever works for you. I'd just like to say for your snacks i hope you're not eating those rice cakes and popcorn snacks later in the evening, when most people snack. they are high gi carbs, you don't want an insulin spike late in the evening. Little things like that can really sabatoge peoples efforts

    Your 100% right. There just going to be snacks that i eat mostly onthe wkends or when I really feel like I am going to collapse and need to cheat. It sux posting now without my old user ID. I use to be chinups but I had account deleted and resigned under this name. I am not pro but I am pretty knowledgable on alot of stuff, mainly from reading this board so much since back in 01 when I joined.

    I do sometimes have a plain ricecake with natty pb late at night if I am dying. I don't see that big a deal but I wouldn't make a habit of it. OverallI have pretty good genetics. If I was to never diet a day in my life and worked out and ran like I do now I would be fine but I want to get real ripped for vacation and what not

    plan

    my eating scheduke will be somethign like this
    4:30 am run for 20 mins

    then
    5am shake with oats blended with water and ice
    7:30am oats and whites
    11 am chk brocolli
    2 ish turkey burger brown rice I leave work so I will probably eat around 2 give or take 30 min
    Workout around 3:30
    PWO-I normally drink a mass recov at this point but due to funds I may just have banana/yogurt/whey
    Then I will have dinner..Something like fish spincah or fish brown rice

    I got to bed around 8 cause I get up so early so I may have another meal after din din but that depends on how I feel. I am 5"8 200 lbs and I need to realisticly be 190 and hope to get there.

    I attached a pic last time I went all out. but I was using a bit of winny here too. My first cycle was winny/dbol and this was the results. I dieted the same way I plan to now

    You def know what you need to do then. If you've got 5 weeks, you should have plenty of time to lean up for the beach. I'd keep it real clean and up the cardio a bit.

    Well anyhow. I started my diet today. Woke up 3/4 banana 2 scoops of oats and 2 scoops of protein. I made 3 meals today chicken/broc for 2 of them and shrimp brown rice for another. Will have egg whites in about an hour for my second meal. Chest and Triceps at gym today follwed by some post workout cardio. Gonna see if I can push out the 120's for some reps on incline press today.

    I will post some pics at the end of week 5. Not sure if I am going to add any sports enhancing drugs like clen or eca because after last cycle I had some minor liver issues and I want to stay very clean for as long as I can

    Aight cool man I am glad to help ya out. I was able to get in and out of the grocery store this last sunday thanks to that list.
