Going on vacation. 16 days in the Caribbean. I have about 5-6 weeks till I leave so I am going balls out on cardio and diet. I am not going to make it doo complicated I am going to eat 6 meals a day or every 3 hrs. Good carbs Good Fats and Good Proteins. Here is my grocery list of what I am going to buy and what my diet will consist of. Don't jump all over me about the snacks I won't be eating things like cheerios often. My cheat is generally going to be a sick pasta dinner on Sunday's compliments of the wife.
Please add any thoughts or suggestions.
I am going to do AM cardio twice a week and then other cardio twice a week. Total is 4 sessions.
