water!!!

hey everyone i prob drink about 6-8 of thoese 1.5 liter poland spring bottles a day and was wondering how many galons that would be equal to, i have no idea how many liters are in a gallon is basically what i am asking. just trying to make sure i am getting enough water so if anyone knows, i would be greatly appriciated...

1gal=3.78liters so yes you're getting plenty of water

unless you're on, i would cut back on the water a little. 2 gallons a day? that can lead to electrolyte depletion.

i drink about 4 cups a day, all inpwo dex/whey shakes, the rest of the time its oj/coke and milk baby, gotsta get a little bit bigger!
