hey i just took my 6 pills today and it has made me have less cravings, i havent exprienced jitters eather. but my question is, is there anything i can do to make it work better and is taking this eca stack without a break be a waste of money?

oh yeah each pill contains
20mg of ephedra alkaloids(sp?)
200mg of caffine and
324mg of aspirin(sp?)
so that meens each day im taking

120mg of ephedra
1200mg of caffine and
1944mg of aspirin
are these decent amounts?
