I would do banana....both have sugar so it really wouldn't matter as they would both refill your glycogen.

I wouldn't do either, when cutting I only take in carbs for Breakfast and PWO.
    Otherwise it should be vegetables.
Try muhaung or NO explode if needed.

doesnt the banana better for post workout? that banana has a insulin spike. the apple only has 21g carbs. the banana did have more. prob not really a difference for working out.

I agree with I B D here...I skipped over the part of where you cutting. I was thinking you were bulking. I never ate any form of sugar while cutting and had great results. I suggest oats/whey PWO while cutting.

Fruit isn't horrible but if you must have it then take it first thing in the morning to restore liver glycogen as it mostly likely won't be stored as fat.
Doing cardio Pre-AM Meal is recommended as well.

I like it SL.. lets move the banana to breakfast instead and do Cardio Pre-breakfast.
Then you can adjust a few things as needed as your either progress or plateau. Shoot for 1-2lbs of fatloss/wk.

Nothing Preworkout except for Leanprotein and Veggies (corn/peas/carrots).

Why can't you do morning cardio?

You're making this fruit thing too complicated, it's not going to make that big of a difference... the rest of your diet will.

There are many things you can do to get your heart rate up without the gym.

I like to jumprope, jog, walk, jumpingjacks, pushups, running in place etc..
This would be the ideal time to do it rather than PWO, especially if you're in a calorie depleted state, it could be catabolic to do it PWO instead of in the AM depending on the intensity of your workouts.
Me personally, if I do it AM and then lift that day it's like getting two cardio sessions in for the day because with HIT training your heartrate says in the fatburning zone.
