Ok I am undecided on whether I should keep bulking or start cutting. I am currently 6'1 and 201 pounds up from around 160-170 last year. According to a trifit machine my BF was 20%, I then had it takin with calipers and it said 12%. Im guessing its right in the middle of those two 14-16%. I have a tendancy to get a belly ever since I was a kid but the rest of my body stays thin, its wierd. I think it may be due to stress, I am a high stressed person ( I saw a comercial that said stress causes belly fat). So most my body has a really low fat percentage except my stomach. (stomach prolly is 20%, compared to the rest that is MUCH lower)
1. Should I keep bulking and get to 210-220 before i start cutting, because I am 6'1 and only 201? ( I do have a VERY light bone structure in all fairness).
2. I have tried to cut before from like 170 and got down to like 150 and still had some stomach fat, but ZERO fat anywhere else, is it possible no matter how much I cut I will not be able to loose that?
3. I do not want to get skinny/scrawny again, I love how I look bigger now, just dont like the stomach(look great with close on though lol). Should I just deal with the fat? Im not trying to be a BB just get bigger,
4. I dont have a problem loosing weight, should I keep eating a bulker but do a bunch of cardio?
5. Any ideas, im lost....
