Ive been avoiding this section for 2 years. if there anyone who needs to cut its me. in my avatar my weight is in the low 250s, that pic is from last summer...today i weigh in the high 250s. i like the weight, but the gut GOT to go. i ve been doing cardio 5 days a week for 30 Min's to hour, for about 3 months now, but it makes me hungry! i dont eat much white bread or rice. i dont drink pop. no candy or cakes. anyway thats why i am here...to learn how to diet the right way.........thanks
