    Diet doesn't look good bro.
Keep a few things in mind while making your cutting diet:
    1) Eat at least 6 times a day spread out every 3 hours
    2) No dairy, careful with cottage cheese
    3) Limit protein shakes to PWO only, IMO
    4) List macros for each meal/final for the day
    5) Bread isn't a good idea while cutting

you never want to go long periods of time without eating, and if you are up for 16 hours and eat only 3 meals it will be unavoidable. i would get at least 5 meals or even better just eat every 3 hours.

hey guys i printed out that sticky and sat down and read it over a few times and my dad helped me with the foods cause he knows alot about nutrion. it says i should get 300grams of protien i seem to only get 160grams and carbs 130grams i only get 70grams and fat i get 40 grams out of 50 grams. i'm starting eating 4-5 meals a day. is that enough protein, carbs and fat????? that is per day i'm talking about, thanks remeber this is for cutting!!!!

tommy, your going to have to experiment. Try the amount of macros you listed for a week then evaluate/change your diet according to your needs. I wouldn't recommend dropping cals to low because you will feel it in the gym and your weights will decrease along with your LBM. Start off under maintenance and work your way down slowly.

also what exactly is your training schedule like? if you are just running and doing pushups and situps you will not need near as much protein as someone who is following a bodybuilding schedule.

i don't do weights i cycle and run with the push ups and sit ups

    eg
cycle 2-3 times a week about and hour.

run 4-5 times a week 40min with 1 long run of about 2 hours about 15-20
    km.
and push ups and sit ups after a work out
