first of all i'm 19 82.5 kg 5'11' i'm about 18% bf. i want to get
cut, i run 5 days a week 35-45mins a day and cycle 2-3 days a week too. i do push up and sit ups morning and night. 50 push ups and 50 sit ups in one go. i love my exercise
This is my diet:
Morning
oats with milk and a protien shake
middle of the day:
breast chick, baked bean sandwhich 1 or 2. (no added salt one). and then on the side a i have a chopped up tomato, and a little bit of cheese. and a yorgurt.
or
Tuna (e.g. pink samom), tomato, cucumber, lettuce( basically a mixed salad and a bowl of noodles
arvo/night
low carb pasta with a protein shake
or
stirfry with chicken, and veggies. protein shake
or
lean meat with veggies or salad with a protien shake
please respond and tell me what you think. i feel as though it as good and healthy diet... but i would like to hear you responses or tips.. thanks
