I assume its natural and thats why I bought it since it would be good in my nightime shake since it has flax and other *****s...but it doesnt taste as great as smuckers natural. But im sure when its blended with some CC,Whey and splenda I wont notice the difference...just wanted to give everyone the heads up.

Ah god, I hate the Smuckers stuff - all I can taste is the salt. Bleh. Two thumbs up for the Smart Balance stuff though - stays mostly mixed at room temp, tastes good. Mmm mmm. Little expensive tho...

I got mine 2 for 5, both one chunky and creamy...its growing on me as it tastes rich in bedtime shakes.

ya corey I use the same stuff its great. The thing I especially like about it is the fact that it only has 1g of sugar per serving which is important on a cutter
