    Diet Critique

    Hey guys, just wondering if you can help me out as far as my diet is concerned. I am not trying to cut, just bulk right now. Weight is 218 and I try to eat atleast 200 to 230g of protein ed. Remember, this is on a low budget. So fire away guys

    7:30a.m 2 whole eggs with 6-8 egg whites scrambled, 1cup oatmeal, vitamins

    9:30a.m Protein shake – 3 whole eggs

    12:00p.m Steak or Turkey w/Rice & Vegetables

    3:30p.m Protein Bar – Apple or Banana, vitamins

    5:30p.m Steak or low fat beef w/Vegetables

    6:30p.m Work out, during work out drink water and eat some baby food for the protein and I like it (Weird huh)

    8:30p.m Protein shake, then bed time around 9:30

    I know what you are thinking, but for some reason I can’t stomach chicken anymore or fish, to much time in Alaska I guess that’s all we ate 7 days a week, so I take fish oil sups to replace fish. Anything I can eat to replace the chicken I eat like turkey.

    nice

    incomplete protein. Do something like tuna/olive oil etc for a pro/fat if thats what your after

    I wouldn't recommend these but if you have a crazy fast metabolism shouldn't be a problem
    5:30p.m Steak or low fat beef w/Vegetables
    steak is a good pro/fat but if its beef add potatoes or a fat source. I would recommend a pro/carb meal as it is your pre workout meal but go by how you perform and evaluate from there.

    you eat baby food while working out?
    You need a PWO and PPWO meal after your workout both pro/carb meals.
    8:30p.m Protein shake, then bed time around 9:30
    I would do whole foods i.e. egg whites/natty PB

    I should be studying for a chem test but I'll critique real quick.....In bold above.
    I would eat more than 1g protein per/lbs body weight if your bulking. I critiqued your food choice, now I need your macros for each meal/final macros for the day to see exactly how much your eating. How old are you and approximate your BF%.
