I wouldn't recommend these but if you have a crazy fast metabolism shouldn't be a problem
5:30p.m Steak or low fat beef w/Vegetables
steak is a good pro/fat but if its beef add potatoes or a fat source. I would recommend a pro/carb meal as it is your pre workout meal but go by how you perform and evaluate from there.
6:30p.m Work out, during work out drink water and eat some baby food for the protein and I like it (Weird huh)
you eat baby food while working out?
You need a PWO and PPWO meal after your workout both pro/carb meals.
8:30p.m Protein shake, then bed time around 9:30
I would do whole foods i.e. egg whites/natty PB
I know what you are thinking, but for some reason I can’t stomach chicken anymore or fish, to much time in Alaska I guess that’s all we ate 7 days a week, so I take fish oil sups to replace fish. Anything I can eat to replace the chicken I eat like turkey.
