    Time to Cut Baby!! Let me know what you guys think of this diet.. Macros&Stats INCL.

    Hey Guys let me know what you think I appreciate all suggestions and critiques.

    Stats

    Age: 21
    Height- 5'11
    Weight- 172
    BF%- 12





    Pre Meal #1- 45 MINUTES CARDIO 6X A WEEK


    Meal #1 7:15 AM

    7 Egg Whites 24.5 G of Protein
    1/2 Cup of Oatmeal 27 G of Carbs, 5 G of Protein, 3 G of Fat


    Meal #2 9:45 AM

    4 Oz of Chicken 28 G of Protein
    1Tbsp of Flax 14 G of Fat
    1 cup of Kale 5 G of Carbs


    Meal #3 12:15 PM

    4 Oz. of Chicken or Shake W. One Scoop of Whey 28 G of Protein
    1 cup of Brussel Sprouts/Broccoli 5 G of Carbs



    Meal #4 2:45 PM

    7 Egg Whites 28.5 G of Protein
    2 TBSP of PB 14.5 G of Fat, 3 G Net Carbs, 8 G of Protein


    Pre Work out 4o PM

    1 Small- Medium Granny Smith Apple

    Train: 4:15-5:15 PM

    5:30- Whey w. 3/4 Cups of Oats Meal #5

    24 G of Protein
    41 G of Carbs
    3 G of Fat

    7:00 PM Meal #6

    4 oz of Chicken 28 G of protein
    1/2 cup of Quinoa 27 G of Carbs, 8 g of Protein, 2 G of Fat
    1/2 Cup of Spinach

    9:30 Meal #7

    1 Cup of Low Fat Cottage Cheese 24 G of Protein 12 G of Fat 6 G Carbs
    1/2 Cup of Spinach


    Protein: 185 G
    Carbs: 116
    Fat- 38.5

    uhh 1,300 cals? how long you planning on living for? My baby bull terrier eats more than that dude.
    whats kale in meal 2?
    meal 3&7 are incomplete proteins

    Rest looks fine, besides your macros.

    kale is a green vegetable kinda simiar to spinach. hard to describe, but you get the idea

    i know from personal expirence that eating extremely low calories will make you lose fat very fast, however you will lose plenty of muslce along with it.

    i would up the calories to at least 2,000 and then lower them if necessary after a few weeks. diet doesnt look bad at all, you will definitly lose bodyfat on it but like i said i would up the calories so you dont lose too much muscle.

    Thanks for all the suggestions guys I am going to go back to the drawing board and add in calories. Going to try to get it around 1750. I'll re-post... Perfect Beast--- LOL, i know bro its gross
