    HI,
    I was diagnosed as hypothyroid couple months ago, doc gave me synthroid now I'm takeing 325mcg daily, I was do my test and I was find out I'm HYPER I'm overdose. But my big troubel I can't lose anything anything no matter what I do. Usually the people losing weight if they are HYPER. I workout 6 days . I do cardio 5 days 30-45min. Mostly on empty stomach. I lift weights 4 days I do 8-12 rep. I eating between 1200-1400cal. I'm 5'6" 128lb {used to be 118-120} Mostly veggies {lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, I eat lean protein just egg whites, chicken breast and fish { sea bass, salmon, tuna} I don't eat rice, potatoes, pasta, candy, soda. I have just in the morning LOW carb tortila whitch is 2 g fat, 11 carb{6fiber}, 6 protein. I drink 2 DECef. coffee with STEVIA and just spalsh FF milk for taste. I'm drinking 1 gallon Water with crystal light.
    Where is the problem please!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so flustruate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    yep, i assume a woman... my wife was hyper, she had the radioactive treatment... she is on 75mcg, and losing weight..

    i would suggest that with the hyper (my wife was that before it was destroyed) she wasn't able to lose weight either.. unless she starved herself..

    i'd get a new endo if i were you..

    When it comes to medical issues like this its always best to talk to a doc. Any advice we can give you will be very speculative

    I'm 27. Yes I'm overmedicated, but that's weird, people usually losing weight, so why I have problem even if I'm not overeating and exercise each day so hard.

    i lose weight easily and its related to my thyroid - im the oppsite issue.

    Like everyone said above, thyroid issues need to be disucessed with doctors- they can be tricky.

    yep go talk to your doc....you can take as much t4(synthroid) as you want...if your body is not converting it...it doesn't matter. Are you seeing an endocrinologist or just a primary care physician?

    endo, before I was takeing more but now I'm slowing down dosage, I hope it will be helpfull, I'm just afraid gain!!
