    Diet Forum Kicks A$$

    I just wanted to say that if u need to gain weight and bulk, this forum is the place to be. I pieced togather a diet from here and in less than a week ive gains 6 lbs!!! Im eating like ive never ate before and killing it in the gym. Thanks to all that helped out.

    lol.. slow down tiger.. 6lbs in a week is crazy and much of it's water weight..

    Keep it up but remember if you were eating way too little before you'll want to slowly ramp your calories up to a certain point to avoid putting on too much fat.

    Im not too worried about the fat im skinny lol. I know its a lot of water weight but it feels good to say 6 lbs in one week haha prob just like 2 or 3 for real i only bumped up my calories by 1000 that too much at one time???

    IMO yes, but looking at your avatar I'd say you could probably get away with it.

    I like to do 200calories/wk transition but then again I don't like to gain any extra fat or lose any muscle in the process. Most people do it much more drastic but you'll normally pay the price.

    No quite the opposite, you will gain fat.

    If you drop calories too fast you can/will normally lose muscle.. get it?
