    omlettt

    i usually go to the diner 3 times a week for dinner with friends and always get an egg white omelet with brocoli and other veggies no cheese. my ? is how bad would it be to have them throw some bacon in there for a pro/fat meal?....is bacon horrible for you? i am currently bulking also thanks peeps

    I'd say go ahead. Treat it as a pro/fat cheat meal though. Bacon omlets are the shit.

    Depends how much bacon you put in it. If it's a smaller amount and maybe some other things as well then there's nothing wrong with that for a regular pro/fat bulking meal.

    Usually the amount of bacon put in the omelett is pretty small. It would probably be like 2 strips or so worth of bacon. Only an extra 80 calories. The taste far outweighs the negatives...specially while bulking GO FOR IT!
