If you are having trouble gettn your oats down, try this:
Get a good ass tasting low sugar protein bar....say myoplex cookies n cream carb sense.
Cut it up in slivers, and toss them in your hot oats...they melt and make oats taste like a friggn desert!
I eat about 3 cups of oats a day, so I use maybe a half bar for all 3 cups....tell me what you think!
