    Oats and SPLENDA?

    If you are having trouble gettn your oats down, try this:

    Get a good ass tasting low sugar protein bar....say myoplex cookies n cream carb sense.

    Cut it up in slivers, and toss them in your hot oats...they melt and make oats taste like a friggn desert!

    I eat about 3 cups of oats a day, so I use maybe a half bar for all 3 cups....tell me what you think!

    sounds good bro...but i'm trying what i read in another thread...my wifes on her way to the market for some cocoa powder....got splenda already....dude says the oats taste like brownies...i forgot what they tastle like, but i think they were gooooooood....LOL

    but i like oats with a little artificial sweetener alone too....both ideas will break it up a bit

    You can blend them with eggs and make pancakes or waffles.

    Ya man, I put my oats in with egg whites and eggs Using a protein bar is just adding junk to your oats imo. There is prolly 25-30g carbs in the bar plus the carbs in your oats I mean why not just forget the bar and have more oats which is MUCH better for you. Add a lil cinnamon or sugar free jam and you're set.
