    Post workout recovery nutrition window

I just wanted to clear something up.

From what I've read here, it is my understanding that it is important to provide nutrients within a reasonable time for maximum muscle gain.

So my question is when is it TOO late to keep from wasting a workout.

The next day for sure? 2 hours?

Your supposed to take in your PWO(Post Workout) within 30 minutes of your training/workout session.

There is no such time as "too late." Just get it in as soon as you can.

If i were to tell you to take it faster then you possibly could what would you do ?

You dont really waste a workout. After workouts, your body is in dire need for carbs and protein. And if you dont get them in, your body will feed off your stores, i.e. muscle. So just get in it asap, which hopefulyl is within 30 minutes. Even if you dotn take it to the gym, 30 minutes should be enough time for most people to get home and take it.

Working out and no PWO is better than just not working out, but it will hinder your gains and recovery.
