    Tilapia

I just bought some tilapia fillets from sams club,They are individually sealed and frozen I put one in the pan with a spray of pam and sprinkled lemon pepper seasoning on it and I couldnt believe how good this was it was fing awesome. I think it is way better tasting than chicken. Has anyone tries this and what is your favorite way to cook.

What does this device look like, Key? I do a lot of cooking on charcoal and hickory or charcoal and mesquite. One of those would be handy.

I've got one. It's basically a non stick sheet will holes that are about half an inch dotted across all of it. Nothing can fall through. It's also good for grilling vegetables.
You can also get ones that are mesh baskets with handles on them but they're more suitable for whole fish.

I bake or grill in tin foil. I sprinkle some Dom Deluise salmon seasoning and cook for 10-15 minutes. I eat tilapia everyday, it's great.

love tilapia....used to crunch up and season corn flakes and cover for a crunchy texture...but they're just as good with a little
seasoning salt/pepper....bake on or in foil for a bout 20 min. for 1 1/2 lbs.
    Turns out perfect every time.
    I think i paid 10-11 dollars for a 4lb. box at Wal-Mart

You cook it in the microwave ...

Usually when I cook tilipia I season it first with egg white then wheat flour, garlic powder and black pepper. Then fry it with 1 teaspon of olive oil.

When is cook sprinkle it with lemon juice... Yeah is pretty awesome next to salmon.

To top it off: dice onion, dice tomato and diced mangos on top

or you can top it off with cook dice tomatoes with balsamic vinegar added to it and cook caramelized onion ring slice ...Yummmmm!

Last time I cooked fish, I said I would never cook it in the house again. The house smelled like fish for days. Maybe I will give this stuff a try.

Sea salt, pepper, garlic and then pan sear it on high heat for about a minute on each side. Then add diced tomato, onion and cilantro and let sit on low heat for five minutes. I sometimes add jalapeños when i want some real heat.
