    My Bulk Diet

    Let me know what you guys think. I'm 6'2, 160 lbs, 5.4% bf and trying to bulk up. Gym 5 days a week. 7 Meals a day/ 7 days a week

    1)
    3 whole eggs
    4 egg whites
    4 slices of turkey bacon
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 tbpn flux oil

    2)
    6 oz beef
    1 cup cotage cheese
    8 rice cakes

    3)
    6 0z chicken w/ skin
    2 cups whole grain rice

    4) 3 cup pasta
    1 1/2 cup sauce
    2 tpsn parm cheese
    1 tspn flux oil

    5)
    6 oz beef
    2 pop tarts

    6)
    6 oz chicken, no skin
    4 slices pumper nickel bread
    2 tpsn mayo

    7)
    Whey proten shake w/ 45+ grams protein
    2 cups skin milk
    8 rice cakes

    Please break your diet down into total protein, carbs, fats and calories.
    From what I can see, you have a too many simple carbs and fats. Many of your meals need to be cleaner foods.

    What about your PWO meal and PPWO meal?

    lots of poor food choices, how did you get to 5.4% eating like this?
