    Fat limits Per Meal

I was wondering what is the upper limit of the amount of fat you would consumer per/meal (assuming it's coming primarily from healthy fats). I'm consuming roughly 3,300kcals/day through 6-7 meals. My breakdown is roughly 40/40/20 P/C/F. That gives me about 73 gms of fat for the day. I try to limit my meals to roughly 1 or 2 pro/fat, and throw a bit in with my pro carb meals. I was just curious, how many grams of fat you feel is ok for one meal. Before bed, I consume two turkey burgers which come out to roughly 18 grams. Sometimes I'll even have some peanut butter with it as well. Advice? Thanks.

If I'm having a pro/fat meal, It's usally eggwhites/1 tablespoon of olive oil (protein changes) but no more than 16g...sometimes I'll replace olive oil with 2 TB of natty PB.
I try to make all my meals as even as possible....meaning one pro/fat meal won't have 10g fat and another 25g fat....try to keep it at a consitant 14-16g.

i stopped doing pro/fat meals a few months ago and have gotten alot leaner since and have managed to stay fairly lean during my bulker. i still get my efa's, just not as much as previously. i am not saying this will work well for you, but it does work for me.
