HI,
I'm 5'6" 128.5lb, 27old girl. I'm eating 1200-1400cal. {mostly veggies..lettuce, tomatoes, egg whites,chicken breast, fish}, no soda, candy, fruit, potatoes, rice, pasta} just in the morning dec coffee + Stevia+ splash FF milk.
I workout 6 days coupel times at week day + night training
Mo- AM cardio 30-40min +abs
PM chest + cardio 20min
Tu- AM cardio 30min
PM BAck + cardio 20min
WE- PM Legs + cardio 20min
Thur - AM cardio 30-40min+ABS
PM Shoulders
Friday AM cardio 30min...it depend how I feel
PM bic+tric
SAT+SUN....just cardio 30-40min sometimes I have OFF one day
I do 3-4 different exercise per musle 8-10rep, 3-4 sets.
Problem is I can't lose anything, I'm now HYPERTHYROID..overmedicate..I'm takeing 325mcg synthroid. Before I was diagnosed HYPO, but now I'm taking lot of synthroid. But still don't understand why I can't lose ANYTHYING???????
