    Help SKINNEY cousin GAIN weight..

    hey peoples...ok heres the problem..

my cousin is skinnier then a anatomy used skeleton. but this kid eats more crap then i have seen in a whole grocery isle, and he works at mcdonalds and eats all day there....he must burn fat like a hummer burns gas.

i want him to use all that for his "cycle" basically, but the way he eats.....i need to change cuz im sure his LDL levels are pertty high...

he seems to have a fat deficiency! even tho under his bed u can find boxes of pizza and other foods. One day it will catch up with him....but in the time being, i wanna get him to bulk up..he must consume at least 3000 k/cals a day..but now weight gain for years. what can i do for him?

    hes 5'7
    108lbs
    20 yrs old
    doesnt work out...yet....

what can i do? any diet recomendations? workouts? certain foods?

108 lbs???? were there complications at birth?
Dude, find out his maintenance cals and start him off by 500-1000 and keep bumping until he starts putting fat on. Edit all crap out of his diet. Give him clean foods and LOTS of it!

it alway could be some weird medical thing, we had a guy like that in my unit, he had some deficiency of something and he kept losing weight no matter what he did. i wish i could remember what his disease was but finally he got too light to jump because the wind would just carry him away so they just gave him a medical discharge.

if you get your buddy working out and eating right and he still cant gain weight i would have him see a doctor to see what exactly the problem is.
