Anybody else get gassy or bloated when consuming a lot of carbs? I get most of my carbs from sweet potatoes and oats (raw) and a little from whole wheat pasta. Are any of these known to cause these problems? I'm pretty sure it's these complex carbs because I don't notice it on days where I don't carb up. Anyhow, any digestive aids? I don't want to rely on things like Beano or GasX because I thought they were bad to use long term. Any suggestions, I need them carbs...
