Question I'm trying, but i have more work to do... HELP

I decided about 3 months ago that i wanted to hit a goal weight of about 125 I'm 5'3 and weighed ~160 when i started in August, now I'm obviously still 5`3 and now i weigh 140. I have tried to use redline before i run in the morning but after a couple weeks my chest started to feel constricted and it was really hard for me to breathe so i stopped taking it. I haven't been taking anything in weeks and my diet still is strong and i still keep up with the cardio.

    My diet-
run anywhere between 2-4 miles in the am
eat breakfast, eggs, a carb controlled cereal, milk
yogurt some where after that and some oatmeal or cream of wheat
    lunch- tuna crackers
    normally another small snack fruit-vegetables-cheese
usually go for about a 5 mile bike ride
dinner- chicken breast/ or turkey with usually vegetables or something

i know this isnt the best description but im not very good at knowing what to write

Is there anything else i can take with the same effects as redline but not the same ingrediants? Or any suggestions on how to burn more fat? Or just suggestions in general Anything helps!

    Welcome to the board..

To maximize the hits on your questions, you need to:

    1. Read the sticky on how to post sample diets
    2. Refer to #1 - you'll find all you need to know there

dont mean to be a wise @$$ bro, just guiding you to where a new member like you can familiarize yourself with the generally accepted nettiquette of the board

    cheers
