Diet on a budget... your chance to go food shopping for me!!

ok heres the deal... I'm 19, I live on my own, and have a 6 month old rottweiler to feed... so I'm goin on my cutting diet starting on Monday but looking to keep the food bill around $50 a week...

I already got a few ideas but i'm lookin to learn somethin new here so.... what will give me more bang for my buck?

Go to the market and check out prices....
tuna, ww pasta (10packages for $10), oats, yams, bananas, you can find inexpensive chicken at safeway, again with steak, greens for veggies, diet soda, splenda, eggs and your golden
I don't know, $50 a week is very limited bro. My sister and I eat about $250 per week and she doesn't eat a shitload.

50$ a week will be hard...I spend about 100$ per week at least, but I am nearing the 250lb mark...

Just don't shop at a regular grcoery store...go to wal mart, costco, or sams to buy food...much cheaper, I promise.

where there's a will there's a way. For instance, instead of buying individual steaks, buy a whole beef joint and cut it up into steaks to freeze down, heaps cheaper. Steak for you and then steak for the dog!

    On a budget?
    Stick with the bare essentials

    Tuna; brown rice
Whatever cash left over..spend on veggies.

    Eating isn't expensive... variety is.

    Good luck
