    So My Diet At The Top Looks About Wright For My Cycle And Cutting,Want To Keep My Weight In The 180's And Drop To 10% Fat

    I Thought After Workout You Need Protein And Simple Sugar 50/50
    without macros it is harder to critique, but your diet looks excellent. only thing i would change is in your 4pm preWO meal i would have a slower digesting protein (chicken, tuna....etc) so your muscles wont be starving when you workout at 5pm.

    also i like to take fast absorbing carbs PWO because they replentish your glycogen faster and raise your insulin levels. there is no way higher insulin levels could be a bad thing when your body needs nutrients that bad. whether you choose fast or slow carbs isnt that big of deal, just make sure you get some carbs with your PWO shake.

    if you do do cardio in the morning, do it before you eat anything, even your shake. if you have BCAA pills you can take them before cardio.

    7am/ 10 Eggs, Oatmeal
    10am/ 5oz Chicken, 1/4 Cup Almonds
    1pm/ 5oz Chicken, 1 Red Potato, Veggies
    4pm/ 5oz Chicken, Oats
    Work Out At 5pm
    Pwo 6:20/ Protien Shake, Oats, Bananna
    7pm/ 5oz Chicken, Brown Rice, Veggies
    9pm/ 5oz Chicken, Flax

    2100 Cal
    I WILL AD SOME RED MEAT HERE AND THERE... I MADE ALL THE FOOD TODAY AND USED THE SEAL A MEAL

    we need macros for EACH meal and final (carbs, fats, proteins, cals)

    I guess it just depends how many oats he's eating and what the rest of his macros look like.

    last thing i will add is that i think having a small protein shake, 20g or so when you first wake up before making breakfast is a great idea. it just makes sense to give your muscles some protein as fast as possible at a time when your muscles need protein so bad. if anyone else disagrees i would like to hear their reasoning why, not to start a conflict but because i am always trying to learn new things.

    YES THATS WHAT I THOUGHT.. PROTEIN SHAKE FIRST THING. THEN WHOLE MEAL 1 HOUR LATER.. I DO THAT ON NON CARDIO DAYS. BCAA BEFORE CARDIO... AND GLUTIMEIN AFTER MY WORKOUT IN THE AFTERNOON.     eating simple carbs PWO will NOT make you add bodyfat unless you eat an excessive amount. your body will use a high number of carbs very quickly after an intense workout, but when i am cutting i do keep the PWO carbs lower, no more than 50g.
