beer
I´m going to drink beer tonight. Is there something that I can eat before and after I drink to prevent getting lower test and higher estrogen?
I seldom drink alcohol, like 4 - 8 times a year.

i ussually just drink a shake beore and a shake after with some natty PB just becuase i ingested alot of cals while drinking and dont want to add that many before or after...

Yes sir, when you drop your estrogen down to nothing you generally feel shitty and ache like hell. Try backin off the AI some next time.
