    Midnight Hunger!

    Ok so I follow A really strict diet

    And im on my second week of my new cycle.

    Il eat 7 small meals a day, all containing the right amount of protein and carbs and fats.

    But when I go to bed im waking up like two or three times during the night REALLY hungry!
    SOmetimes i wake up drooling on my pillow at the thought of tuna sandwiches!
    Or a bowl of oatmeal!
    And i cant get back to sleep, so ive been getting up and eating.

    But then im really tired the next day as Im getting up two or three times to eat, then like another three for toilet!

    Anyone else like this!? I know the gear I take is making me extra hungry and eat more

    But its getting out of control! And a protein shake just wont satisfy me!
    Its gotta be like a tuna sandwich full tin of tuna
    Or a big bowl of oatmeal
    Or a chicken sandwich, im grilling chicken breasts at 3am man!!!

    And im ment to be cutting ha!

    Dude I have dealt with that my whole life, When I am cutting I wake up on average 3-4 times a night because of hunger pains. I usually chug down a diet soda,sugar free jello or some pickles.....It sucks doesnt it!

    Kinda of it sucks, But I love food! But I worry about eating during the night!

    But i have 2 or else I cant get back to sleep

    Like now its 12:50am in morning, I went to be like at 10pm thought id get early night.
    Fell asleep for one hour, woke up REALLY hungry!
    Got up ive had a protein shake but im still hungry!
    Cant get back to sleep so thought id log on here and post some messages.
    Thinking bout making a couple tuna sandwiches on wholemeal buns mmmmmm im drooling!

    I feel ya bro! I love eating so much its one of my favorite things to do on earth...seriously! But when you are dieting, eating and hunger pains at night are the worst things possible.

    It was so bad for me that I went out and bought every sleep medication know to man to help me sleep through my hunger pains and I still could sleep through the hunger!

    Also what I did was make some notes and put them in the fridge reminding me not to eat when I woke up at night.

    Its a tough thing to deal with but its mind over matter. Basically gotta stay strong mentally and push through it.

    You really don't want to know what i'm about to eat before i go to bed lol.. I feel your pain man.

    Keep a cup of cottage cheese prepped for when you wake up.

    I wake up and eat at midnight 6 out of 7 nights....sux.....I know if I didnt have to piss, I wouldnt bother eating.
