    Question Pre Workout nutrition

    Im looking for a comprehensive meal in the morning as i get up a 9 and train at 10 so i need something that wil boost my energy levels for optimum performance. Just bought cytogainer but aint drinking it tastes disgusting (chic mint). And whats your thoughts on some creatine serum for breakfast?

    Post Workout : 6 eggs (2 yolks)
    48g of protein
    OATMEAL
    Flax seed oil

    Any thoughts?

    if you're not eating before you workout you need to start. i can't think of anything more catabolic than that.

    eat an apple, 1 cup of oats, 1 scoop of whey, and 6 eggwhites with one yolk.

    Oats tend to bloat me so I usually dont eat any before the gym, either a cup of brown rice or a sweet potato, with a small chicken breast or lean protein source.

    I think he was just regurgetating the "don't have carbs and fat in the same meal" philosophy.

    mixing carbs & fats is generally a get some carbs & bit of protein PRE
