    pbutter

    i am going to school so meals are always on the go is peanut butter and honey on wheat bread alright for bulk/ clean bulk

    Nah bro clean bulk i would have to say... no.

    Me personally im not fan of bread AT ALL. but if your going to use bread do Tuna chicken...on bread..

    A PB sandwish is just Carbs/Fat no protein...

    the macro's probably dont look great for that, a lot of fructose and a lot of fat, but it all depends on how easily you gain body fat. if you can add them in your diet without losing your abs completely then go for it. also if you do eat them make sure you add a good protein source (can of tuna...etc) to make it a decent meal.

    im prbally around 12% bf and trying to keep it resonably clean, so that i dont balloon up what woudl you suggest instead tuna on wheat

    I eat whole wheat bread (bulking) and have no issues. I don't eat peaunut butter on it, usually chicken breast or tuna (between classes).

    the GI rating depends on the ingredients..and differs from type to type

    What's bad about bread tho is the lignan content. The lignans in bread are estrogenic. The bloating or 'soft look' that most get after eating bread is due to their estrogenic effect.

    As we well know, estrogens/(active) phyto-estrogens in males cause female-pattern fat deposition.

    So males really should limit bread intake.

    i use reduced fat PB and sugar free honey on wheat bread. i try not to eat alot of it though cause even the reduced fat PB still has too much fat

    I take a cold bag with ice boxes EVERYWHERE. Work,restaraunts,meetings whatever. I carry around chicken+rice or chiken with flax. There is no excuse for not eating right. I have even stood there eating chicken when we are in a big argument with customers we have ejected!! When its time to eat I eat!!

    i said me personally i dont like bread.I find i get better results without using bread. if your going to use it use multi-grains lower on the Gi.
