are fruits bad
Are fruits bad? Fruits convet right to fructose and although they are natural this still isnt a good thing expecially when fructose intake is a proven link to many illnesses. Would a diet high in good grains and vegtables help makeup for a lack of fruit if one were to avoid them thanks.

I don't feel that a piece of fruit per day is going to hinder fat loss. I would limit it to just that though. Fruit is loaded with all kinds of vitamins and nutrients. Can you get them from veggies, sure. But I feel that adding fruit to a diet can mix up the carb source and the sweetness can keep you sane.

eat your fruits, choose ones that are low in fructose. Berries of all kinds, bananas, watermelon are examples. Fruits are just too good for you to exclude.

Fruits should never ever be considered bad.
