    aight guys need your help on defending meat pro

    i had a little arguement w/ a co worker telling me how you can still have muscle (build good muscle) while not eating any meat at all.. while i know u can build some muscle for regular activities, i know you need meat cause of the protein and other things which i have forgotten....

    does anyone have any research or doctor studies that show why meat may be better? i gotta put this biatch in her place, thanx again bros!

    you can get sufficient protein from meat products without eating the flesh (eggs,whey). You should define your terms better as eating habits seem to exist on a continuum. For the strict vegan, they can be defficiant in quality protiens, and a variety of vitamins/minerals (b-vitamins/iron). Vegetarian diets are often carbohydrate rich, which are not optimal for maintaining muscle mass and can lead to type 2 diebetes

    Tell him you tihnk he's an asshole if he thinks protein from nuts and certain vegatables are quality protein. Even my biology professor doesnt like Soy because of estrogen. milk=bloated city

    That leaves us with eggs. anybody who has ever attempted to eat up to 48 extra large egg whites probably knows, the body just doesnt like that very well.

    which leaves us with one thing? hmmm i wonder what that is


    I think what seperates meat from the pack is that, the body does extremely well in absorbing large amounts of it

    why even argue about it though. she is a chick, she is clueless, you can show her all the doctors studies in the world, she will still probably be clueless after the fact
