    post cardio meals

alright guys hopefully we can throw around a bunch of ideas, not sure if its been asked previously. I know many will say that ideally you should do cardio when you wake up in the morning before your first meal but right now that's not an option for me the way my schedule is. So i do cardio later at night (as carb depleted as I can be). my question is, when i get back home it won't be too long before i go to bed so what can I have to eat? what are the best options after a late night cardio session? my bf isnt too high right now (14ish) but im storing most of it around my love handles and lower a**ominals and im just trying to prevent or atleast limit any fat gain as I bulk over the winter.
if you need more details let me know

Most are gonn atell you eat what you normally would after cardio. Being before bed, I would suggest protein/fat to slow digestion. Run a search, you won't get a straight answer but this had been debated hundreds of times, so you can form your own opinion based on the evidence posted.

Don't try and complicate things too much. It just not worth it. It will always be the calric deficiet that induces weight loss not the time of your cardio.

Granted that fasted state cardio does tend to burn a higher proportion of fat, you can still do it at any time and have success.

Do your cardio and eat. Eat what you normally would for that time. Simple, don't overthing things, your time is better spent training than on here overanalyzing every detail trust me....

There would be no reason to spike your blood sugar after a cardio session.

Why would you even think about a PWO shake? Makes no sense at all.

Again, do not over complicate things.
