    hey guys, im a newbe here about to embark on my first cycle. Before i do id like to know what you guys think of my diet.

    stats: 22 years old, bodybuilding 3-4 years, 5"11', 240pounds, approx 14%bf.

    meal one - 9 egg whites and 1 full egg, 150gm oats with milk and sultanas, 250ml glass of orange juice, 1 multivitamin and mineral tablet and 1 garlic tablet.

    in between meals - protein shake (40gm protein).

    meal 2 - 150gm of raw salmon, 100gm chicken fillet, 150gm white rice, head of broccoli.

    meal 3 - 200gm chicken filet, 1 piece of wholemeal bread.

    before workout - 5 gm creatine, 5 gm l-glutamine.

    workout.

    immediately after workout - 600ml gatorade, protein shake (40gm protein).

    meal 4 - 200gm steak, 100gm sweet potato, head of broccoli.

    meal 5 - 200gm chicken fillet.

    protein shake before bed (40 gm protein).

    Actually doesnt look that bad man. I dont do shakes throughout the day and would rather have whole foods but hell man its not a bad diet imo. I dont know the exact macros since you didnt list them but I think this could be a good place to start and then reassess every 2 weeks or so and make changes as you need to. No one on here will be able to make it perfect for you cuz they just dont know you or your body.
    One thing I would change though, im my PWO meal I would take the steak out and replace with the chicken you have in the last meal, then in the last meal have the steak. But really I doubt it will make a big dif in the end to be honest. Its not like you are competing or getting ready for something with this diet and your basic grasp is good so no worries imo.

    ALso maybe in meal 3 have a better carb source since it is your pre workout meal its good to get a nice low GI carb to get you through the workout. You can still have the slice of bread but have some yam with it or oats as well.
