No drinking eggs does not help you bulk up. Cook them.. better yet post your diet bro.. Clean diet = clean gains

I drink Pasteurized Eggwhites blended with f/f cottage cheese.

You can do it while bulking or cutting depending on the rest of your diet.

isnt it true..the protein in the egg changes its chemical shape when heated...thus allowing it to be absored? so if this is true...one wouldnt gain anything from drinking his/hers eggs?

So if you ate raw chicken it'd do nothing for you?

Protein is protein, I believe I've read/heard of something changing when you cook eggs but pasterized eggs technically have been heated if I'm not mistaken.

    From Wikipedia encyclopedia:
"Pasteurization (or pasteurisation) is the process of heating food for the purpose of killing harmful organisms such as bacteria, viruses, protozoa, molds, and yeasts."

"Unlike sterilization, pasteurization is not intended to kill all micro-organisms (pathenogenic) in the food. Instead, pasteurization aims to achieve a "log reduction" in the number of viable organisms, reducing their number so they are unlikely to cause disease (assuming the pasteurized product is refrigerated and consumed before its expiration date). Commercial scale sterilization of food is not common, because it adversely affects the taste and quality of the product."

Foods known to have raw eggs:

Some homemade Caesar dressings, mayonnaise, homemade ice cream or custards, and Hollandaise sauces may be made with raw eggs.

Commercially manufactured ice cream, dressings and eggnog are made with pasteurized eggs and do not increase the risk of salmonella.

Is it worth getting one of these illnesses drinking the crap I used to drink the stuff but got sick as hell. Now is it really too much to eat a half dozen eggs. LAst year when I was bulking you can make damn sure I would eat a dozen and a half eggs prior to noon to turn around and eat 2 chicken breasts, and a cup of rice. That was by noon but didn't mention the shake. Anyhow, I heard this somewhere a while back and it works for me say this with each bite (in your head crazy) 'eat, big, grow'

Read above.. never drink unpasteurized eggs/milk. That would be silly.

    OLD SCHOOL ...

Drinking eggs were some of the mainstay of the BBers for decades...

Many an egg has been drank by me and I never got sick....

Now you can buy organic right from the farm... if you have em near you.
