Here is my bulking diet, I need help with some variety for substituing my food though....I'm getting sick of it already, lol
Meal 1:
2 whole eggs, 4/5 egg whites, one cup oats, one banana....
Meal 2:
Large Chicken Breast, one cup brown rice, salad...
Lift...
PWO nutrition...3 serving Muscle Provider, 1 banana and 1 cup oats, 2 rice cakes with jelly...
Meal 4:
Steak, 2 sweet potatoes/ or 1 cup brown rice....
Meal 5:
Protein of choice (chicken, Steak, Tuna, etc), 1/2 cup brown rice, whole wheat roll, Broccoli/Salad
Meal 6:
1&1/2 - 2 cups cottage cheese, mixed with yogurt/pudding and some walnuts...
