Im trying to get the best diet and nutrition that i can. Im trying to bulk up and need some opinions to what everyone thinks. The thing with me is a can gain fat quick or muscle which is good and bad.
so im putting this up for everyone to see and tell me what you think
Now this is also hard because of work so I try my best
morning. usually 4 to 5 egg whites, half a cup of oatmeal with tablespoon or 2 of honey, 1 or 2 slices of whole wheat toast, some fruit, Creatine 1 scoop of loaded creatine, protein shake 32g
before lunch- usually a protein bar
lunch- salad or most of the time 2 cans of tuna.
an hour later Protein shake
workout
creatine and protein shake
after workout I eat pasta or 2 chicken breasts and white rice or sometimes brown rice...fruit
2 or 3 hours later yogurt and what ever i can find that is good.
an hour before bed protein shake
Im trying to find out what else i can do and what you guys recommend to eating better and bringing in more protein and what i need to bulk up without to much fat
