I need help with my diet and cycle
Im 24 and here is my current diet (sorry if its a little vague)
9am Protein Bar, 2 hydroxycut pills (50g serving, 200 cal, 6g fat, 17g carb, 20g protein)
12pm Chicken Breast, 2 scoops of whey, 5g glutamine (about 60-80g protein, 400cal)
3pm Protein Bar (50g serving, 200 cal, 6g fat, 17g carb, 20g protein)
5pm 2 scoops la broda SuperCharged supplement
530pm Gym Time
7pm 2 scoops whey, 3tablespoons Amino Fuel (50g protein, 300cal)
8pm chicken breast (40g protein, 200 cal)
10pm 6pills of NxCare T3 Tribulus
As you can see (and I apologize as I dont know the exact numbers for the protein, cal, etc but trying to go off memory) I have about 170g protein daily, and only 1500 calories.
According to the Harris intake formula I need about 2200 just to maintain and closer to 2800 for bulking. Here are my issues
1. I am actually trying to get the best of both worlds. I want to gain size but also get rid of some BF. Im currently around 12-13%
2. I work, albeit in an office, so I have *some* flexibillity on my eating but cant cook eggs in the office sort of thing, hence the protein bars. I need to find something that takes this into account.
3. I do High intensity workouts M-Thurs, I tend to ensure I am taking in as much protein these days and tend to slack a little more Fri-Sun, not sure how "bad" this is, if at all
4. I am also looking into Test, and either hGH or IGF1 along with it. Primarily because of the building properties of the AAS and the retaining and fat burning properties of the insulin. Any thoughts on that?
Okay so this is where I ask for your help or opinions on what Im eating/supplements and these questions. Honestly I know I need to improve my eating, but I need to find food I can eat without a lot of cooking or on the road if need be. Also I could up my whey protein intake, say 6scoops over the course of the day. That would be nearly 900 cal right there but also over 100g of protein. Im guessing its not good to rely on that stuff though. Thanks guys!
